Tudo beira à perfeição, mas senti o ambiente muito "clean", talvez a decoração mais humanizada tornasse a atmosfera acolhedora.

Loved the room which was very clean, quiet and stylish. The staff were very helpful and friendly but were still finding their feet as the hotel was three months old. It was quite close to the road to Fira but they played chill out music so you didn't notice and generally we didn'T. My only cons were that in our room, honeymoon suite, there was no outdoor shower for the pool and some exposed pipework instead. The whirlpool in our room also seemed to turn on for no reason while we were asleep and there was some more visible pipes under the sink which was a bit unsightly. Other than that the views were outstanding and we had an excellent stay.

Petite Palace is a beautiful Hotel. All the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel has a beautiful sunset view and amazing breakfast in bed (or on terrace). This is a perfect place for honeymooners. The place is pretty close to Fira (walkable distance) but it seemed like a long walk so we rented atv (you can also rent cars or motocycles) and drove around the island which is very convenient. Love the hotel, highly recommended!

I love everithing in petit palace!!

The location, and the staff, were fantastic. We were upgraded to a Private Villa which was absolutely beautiful. Special mention to Panos, the manager, who was brilliant.

Fntastic views accross the island

The top floor rooms are noisy due to the proximity of the road. We were however moved to a better room when we mentioned this to the manager.

The staff is extremely nice and the service during the entire stay was impeccable. The view from our hotel room was beautiful. Forget watching the sunset at Fira or Oia when you can watch it from your balcony.

Dinner prices at the hotel is high. However, breakfast comes with your stay and is delivered to your room each day.

Rooms are lacking, not comfortable and small for price you pay unless you get the pool suites. Bed's are horrible, and the shower is basically a tub... No stand up shower. Service is lacking

I have never taken the time to write a review, until now. Petit Palace is an amazing hotel and we (our family of 5) had a wonderful vacation of 5 nights in August. We have stayed in many hotels and vacation resorts and we all agreed Petit Palace was the most relaxing hotel we have ever experienced. We stayed in a petit maison suite and everything was perfect. It is a beautiful setting, the room was great and all of us were thrilled with our private pool and sitting on the deck watching the sunset. We also enjoyed the main pool and its view. A vacation is about relaxing and we did. Everyone working at Petit, without exception, was helpful, kind, and fun. The food was excellent at the hotel and the wine tasting dinner was great. We enjoyed having our breakfast, lunch and dinner meals up at the kitchen (most do room service) and Kierianos was a great host and friend to our family. We also received spot on recommendations for casual and seaside dining on the Island, as well as beaches, renting a car, etc. We enjoyed walking up to Zorbas Mexican restaurant which is nearby and had great Mexican food and beer (and sunset views as well).

Immediately upon our arrival someone offered to help us with our bags, and we were offered a drink to enjoy as we waited. Mike was very informative and helpful, and the views and privacy from our room were astonishing. We had a completely private balcony that was at the end of the hotel, bordered by the cliff with comfortable lounge chairs and a table. Gorgeous hotel, will definitely return.

Somewhat isolated as it's a 10-15 minute drive from Fira, but they offer a shuttle service 6 times a day. If they had a later shuttle from Fira to the hotel that would be ideal (the latest ran around 10 pm).

The best view on the whole island. The petite maisonette room was fantastic, very private and relaxing. The staff was awesome and very nice.

The food at the hotel restaurant was average. Some meals were very good, others not so much. There is not enough variety on the menu. But lots of great restaurant in Thira.

Excellent hotel with friendly staff. Nice pool area and excellent rooms built into the cliff.

It is not in the centre of the town but there is a complimentary minibus service to the town.

It is a small, friendly boutique hotel in a serene setting away from the hustle of the town which is only 5 mins drive out of the small town. The views are simply stunning, the sunset is magical.

The shuttle bus to town should be more frequent.

Petit Palace took my breath away from the moment I stepped out of the taxi--the view was absolutely amazing. A porter immediately came up the stairs to help us with our luggage from the taxi, and Kiriakos greeted us with a smile at the reception. We were offered some prosecco and sat in the lounge area while Kiriakos checked us in. He then gave us a map and a brief introduction to Santorini, and led us to our room. Our room was impeccable--it was so clean, and it came with our private balcony. The view from our room and balcony, or from anywhere in the hotel for that matter, is completely unobstructed and fantastic. We later realized that the sunset view was the best from our own balcony, not from Ia or Fira. Order a bottle of wine and some snacks to your balcony for the sunset. I can guarantee that you will be happy to have done the sunset hour from your own balcony without anyone blocking your view. The decor was traditional with a modern twist, and I loved the tiled bathroom wall. Service was excellent. The staff was helpful in calling taxis and arranging our sailing trip. Breakfast was delivered to our balcony on time with a white table cloth. The staff was up early every day cleaning the entire hotel and was seen cleaning all day long. Location-wise, I really liked where the hotel was situated, which was outside of the hustle and bustle of Fira. I enjoyed the peace and quiet, and not having much hotels around us. It is only about 5-7 Euros by taxi to Fira, and 20 Euros to Ia. We ended up taking the free shuttle once, and walked from Fira to Imerovigli, which was a lovely stroll. The restaurant offered a great menu at an affordable price. We had the kebab plate, which was 12 Euros--a bargain, for a luxury hotel of its caliber. It was very delicious, and we ended up ordering that twice. I highly, highly recommend the hotel to anyone traveling to Santorini.
